Brian Cartmell founded Spam Arrest in late 2001, and has pioneered its development into one of the most effective electronic-communications companies on the Internet today. Mr. Cartmell is the chief architect of the Company's technology and marketing strategies, and as a key public-technology visionary, Mr. Cartmell continues to foster an aggressive environment of innovation and creative growth. Cartmell has more than 18 years of information technology experience in both the public and private sectors. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of eNIC, the second largest domain registry in the United States by the time it was sold to VeriSign in August of 2001.

Louise Harb oversees the Company's Operations and Customer Support services. Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Harb brings over ten years of high level business administration experience to Spam Arrest, including years spent within the international service and trade arena. Prior to joining the company in 2002, she served as a Director for eNIC Corporation, a large domain registry company acquired by VeriSign in 2001. Harb's extensive knowledge on strategic planning and execution brings value to both customers and employees of Spam Arrest. Prior to eNIC, Harb was employed with a Fortune 500 staffing company directing a large pool of contract workers for one of Washington State's largest employers. Louise holds a BA in Philosophy from Boston University, with previous studies at Oxford University, England.
